Trilogy Mocha Bliss Bombs

What better way to increase your protein, load up with antioxidants and control sugar cravings.

Great to stop the night time munchies!

I love Trilogy Super Fruits and Greens, it is packed full of berries, greens, probiotics and more. I try and add it into my day whenever I can, which is the reason why I came up with this recipe.

These protein balls are so deliciously fudgy in texture, it is hard to believe they are dairy and wheat free.

They are a great treat to add in at the end of your day and fit into any paleo or low carb eating plan.

They are pretty quick and easy to make which definitely puts them on my list of favourites.

TRILOGY MOCHA BLISS BALLS

Ingredients:

3 tbsp Rolled Oats*

11/2 tsp Cacao Powder

1 Scoop Trilogy Superfruits and Greens, Expresso Flavour

1 scoop (30g) vanilla, plant protein powder

1 1/2 tbsp Chia Seed Peanut Butter

11/2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut

1 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup

Coating 1/2 tbsp desiccated or shredded coconut to roll the bliss balls in.

Directions:

Measure all the dry ingredients and place them in a medium size mixing bowl.

Add the chia seed peanut butter (this can be substituted for your favourite nut butter) and rice malt syrup.

Mix with a spoon until the mixture sticks together, forming a paste. I add a little warm water until it is just starting to get sticky.

Place a teaspoon of mixture in your hand and roll into a small ball. You should get 12 protein balls out of this mix.

Place the ball in the desiccated or shredded coconut and roll until evenly coated.

There you have it, 12 balls of fudgy, mocha bliss!

*I used Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats
